Ivy began her career in Real Estate in 2008 at the Carmel office and in 2015 helped centralize the Listing/Pending/Closing process by implementing the Listing Central Department at Scheetz. As the team leader of Listing Central, Ivy is well-versed in each type of transaction’s daily process and procedures. As a licensed REALTOR®, she can utilize her many years of past transactional experience and assist agents on a more one-on-one basis to manage and direct their entire transaction all the way to the closing table.
